A Staff member with manager permissions or a Non-staff contact with manager permissions can delete scheduled calls created by anyone. A contact with a social or care role can only delete the scheduled calls that they created.
To delete a scheduled call:
Login to the Care Portal.
- Select the Wellness Hub user from the Accounts list.

On the Schedule screen, click the Call option to view scheduled calls.
Note: If the call is not listed, it is scheduled for another day. Click on the calendar to select the scheduled date.
Click on a call you would like to delete.
Click the
icon at the top-right corner of the Call Details screen.
Click the Yes button on the Modify call prompt.
- On the edit screen, scroll down and click Delete Call.
- Click the Yes button on the Delete call prompt.
