All staff assigned to the client and the people listed as the client's contacts can share media (pictures or videos) using the HomeSight mobile app. The media must be uploaded to the HomeSight mobile app and then shared with the clients.
Note: High efficiency videos (H.265 / HEVC codec) and standard videos (H.264 / AVC) in .mp4 files are supported. VP8, VP9 or AV1 videos are not supported.
Upload Pictures and Videos to the App
Click the Shared icon on the bottom of the home screen.
- Click the Photos or Videos tab.
Click the + Add button.
Click the + Gallery button to open the mobile device photo gallery or click the + Camera button to take a picture or record the video with the mobile device camera.
Select a picture or video by clicking on the image.
- (Optional) Enter a name in the Enter Title field. Tap the screen to proceed.
- (Optional) Enter a description in the Enter Description field. Tap the screen to proceed.
Click the Continue button.
Click OK on the Success prompt.
The picture is uploaded to the HomeSight app and is ready to be shared.
Share Pictures and Videos on the App
Click the Shared icon on the bottom of the home screen.
- Click the Photos or Videos tab.
Click a photo or a video.
Click the + Share button.
- Click on your client's name on the account list.
Click the Share button.
Click the OK button on the Success prompt.
The client's name is added to the Shared list for the shared file. The client receives a notification on the HomeSight Wellness Hub portal.
