Both the staff and personal contacts, with “Care” or "Manage” permissions, can view call activities of the care recipients they are assigned to.
Access the Call Activity in the HomeSight app
- Open the HomeSight app on your device.
- Tap the Accounts icon (usually located at the bottom of the screen).
- In the search bar, enter the name of the care recipient — or swipe up to browse the list.
- Tap the care recipient’s name from the list.
- Tap the Call Activity section to expand it.
Swipe up to view all call activities.
The Call Activity section displays your most recent calls, including missed calls. Calls are listed from newest to oldest.
To view earlier entries, swipe up on the screen.
Note: Group calls are not shown in the Call Activity of the HomeSight app.
Each call entry includes:
- Day, date, and time of the call
- Avatar of the participants
- Call duration timestamp
- Missed call icon, if applicable
- Incoming or outgoing call icon
