The readings for connected Wellness devices are available on the Wellness Devices Dashboard in the HomeSight Web portal and the HomeSight mobile app. Both the staff and personal contacts, with “Care” or "Manage” permissions, can view Wellness device readings of the care recipients they are assigned to.
Access the Wellness Devices in the HomeSight app
- Open the HomeSight app on your device.
- Tap the Accounts icon (usually located at the bottom of the screen).
- In the search bar, enter the name of the care recipient — or swipe up to browse the list.
- Tap the care recipient’s name from the list.
- Scroll down and tap the Wellness section to expand it.
Swipe up to view all connected Wellness devices.
The Wellness screen displays all available device categories, their connection status, and the latest health readings from the connected devices. Health data is available in two formats: Table for detailed entries and Chart for visual trends. To explore past readings, tap the device tile with the health reading.
Table
The health reading history default view is in Table format. You can also access it by tapping the Table icon.
The health readings on the Table include the following:
- Day, Date & Time
- Measurements / metric
- Vendor of the Wellness device
The health readings are sorted from newest to oldest. To browse the earlier readings, swipe up on the screen. To exit the health reading history, swipe down from the top of the screen.
Chart
The Chart displays a bar graph or dot graph of the health reading, up to the past 30 days. You can compare today’s reading with data from yesterday, the past 7 days, or the last 30 days to track trends and changes.
Tap the Chart icon to view the health reading in the Chart format.
This Chart includes:
- Date range option: Tap Day (24 hours), Week (7 days), or Month (30 days)
- Lowest and highest readings: Highlights the minimum and maximum values in the selected range
Chart Details:
- Y-axis: Measurement levels
- X-axis: Dates, ranging from today to the earliest date in the selected range
Display Health Reading on the Chart
If a health reading is not visible for a specific day, tap the blue bar to reveal the date and its corresponding reading.
View Health Reading History for the Week or Month
To change the date range, tap Week or Month above the chart. The chart initially displays the five oldest days in the selected range. Swipe left on the chart to view more recent dates.
Display Chart in Landscape
For a better view of weekly or monthly data, switch to landscape mode. Tap the landscape icon in the upper-right corner of the chart. Rotate your smartphone to landscape orientation.
The chart will now display the nine oldest days of data. Swipe left to scroll to newer dates. Tap the landscape icon again to return to portrait mode.
