Both the staff and personal contacts, with “Care” or "Manage” permissions, can view temperature and humidity from the household sensors in the homes of the care recipients they are assigned to.
Access the Environmental Condition in the HomeSight app
Open the HomeSight app on your device.
Tap the Accounts icon (usually located at the bottom of the screen).
In the search bar, enter the name of the care recipient — or swipe up to browse the list.
Tap the care recipient’s name from the list.
Scroll down and tap the Environmental section to expand it.
Swipe up to view all connected motion devices.
The Environmental section displays today’s date along with the latest indoor and outdoor conditions, including:
Temperature
Humidity
Ambient light (indoor only)
Outdoor conditions are sourced from AccuWeather, while indoor conditions are monitored by the household sensor.
You can switch the temperature unit between Fahrenheit and Celsius by tapping the unit icon.
