Unpairing of the Wellness devices can only be performed on the HomeSight Web Portal. Only the Staff member with Manage permissions assigned to the client can perform this function. The following instructions show how to unpair Wellness devices from the Web Portal.
- Select a client from the list of accounts.
- Click the Devices menu.
- Locate the Wellness device from the list and click the View more link.
- Click the Unpair button.
Click the Unpair button on the confirmation prompt.
(Note: Data from the device will remain associated with the client account until cleared. You can pair the device again at a later time.)
Click the Devices menu to refresh the screen for the current status.
