The readings for connected Wellness devices are available on the Wellness menu in the HomeSight Web portal. You must be a Staff member with Manage permissions or a Non-staff contact with manager permissions and assigned to the client account. The following instructions show how to access the Wellness device readings from the Web Portal.
- Select a client from the list of accounts.
- Click the Wellness menu.
Locate the Wellness device from the list and click the View history link. The most recent reading is displayed for each Wellness device.
The health history reading window defaults to the Table Data view. The readings are sorted by dates. You can also click the Insights and Chart to view today's, last week's, or last month's readings.
