Scheduling calls for Wellness Hub users and their contacts can be done using the Care Portal or the HomeSight mobile app.
To schedule a call:
- Log into the Mobile App.
- On the dashboard screen, tap on Accounts
- Search and tap on the hub user that you want to schedule a call with.
- View schedule for selected hub user and schedule call.

- Tap on Schedule. This will display calls, tasks and reminders for the hub user.
- Tap on the + button.
- Tap on Call.
- Create a Call. Enter all required information for the call with the hub user.
Name: Give the call a short descriptive name.
Type:
- Video Call
- Zoom Meeting: enter the Zoom meeting URL into the highlighted field.
Repeats: There are four options available for video call repetitions. When the repetition type has been set, click on .

Date: Select the date for a non-repeating call or the start and end dates for a call that repeats. You can only select the current date or dates in the future, you cannot select a date in the past.

- Tap on the date field.
- Select the date. The default view is the current and future dates in the month. Use the arrows to change the month.
- Tap on Yes to set the date.

- Tap on the start date field.
- Select the date. The default view is the current and future dates in the month. Use the arrows to change the month.
- Tap on Yes to set the date.
- Tap on the end date field. Repeats sets two and three.
Time: Set the start and end time of the call. The default end time of a call is one hour after the start time. This can be adjusted by changing the end time.
Note: You can only set the time after you have set the date of the call.

- The time picker will be hours Tap on the hour you want the call to start.
- The time picker will display minutes. Tap on the minutes you want the call to start.
- Click on OK to set the call start time.

Note: The end call time defaults to one hour after the call start time. This can be changed.
- Tap on the end time field.
- The time picker will be hours Tap on the hour you want the call to end.
- The time picker will display minutes. Tap on the minutes you want the call to end.
- Click on OK to set the call start end.
Time Between Reminders: Tap here to set how long prior to the call is a reminder displayed on the television screen. Options available:
- No reminder
- At start time
- 5 minutes before
- 10 minutes before
- 15 minutes before
- 30 minutes before

- Tap on at start time.
- Select reminder duration from the list
Description: Add an optional description with more details about the call.
Participants: Add additional participants from hub users contact to the call. At least one additional participant is required for the call.

- Tap on add other participants.
- Select the additional participants from the list of contacts.
Tap on Create to add the call to the hub users schedule.
The call will be displayed in the hub users schedule.
