Ordering HomeSight Devices

UK Customers

UK: Please contact your HomeSight reseller to order Wellness Hubs, Environmental Sensors or Cellular Modules.

USA/CA Customers

  • In a web browser, navigate to the HomeSight Helpdesk.
  • Click on the Submit Request link at the top of the page.

  • Select Order Request from the list of options in the dropdown menu.

  • Fill out your contact details.

  • Fill out the shipping information.

Customer Territory ID: Local office or branch ID.

 

Already Using HomeSight

  • Fill out the required quantities for the Wellness Hub, Environmental Sensor, Cellular Module and SIM Card.

SIM Card Selection:

  • None (user to supply)
  • T-Mobile
  • AT&T

 

  • Are you a New HomeSight Customer?

Already a HomeSight Customer

  • Enter a purchase order number if required.

  • Select the shipping payment method.

Options available:

  • HomeSight to ship and bill
  • Use customer shipping account. You will need to enter your carrier and associated account number.

Customer Carrier options:

  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • DHL

 

  • Enter a description and subject.
  • Click on Submit to submit your order.
