View Shared Photos & Videos

Clients can view the shared media (pictures or videos) on the HomeSight Wellness Hub portal.  A notification appears on the TV when the new media is shared.  You can open the shared media from the notification message or the Gallery menu.  

View Shared Media on the Notification Message

1. Use the arrow key on your remote to highlight the View button, then press OK to open the media file.

2. Press the back or Home button on your remote to return to the menu screen.

   

View Shared Media on the Gallery Menu

1. If needed, press the Home button on your remote to return to the Home screen.
2. Use the arrow key on your remote to highlight the Gallery menu and press the OK button. 
3. (Optional) Press the up or left arrow key on your remote to view the contact list.  You can select a contact to only see the media shared by them.  
4. Use the arrow key on your remote to select a media file and press OK to view it.

5. Press the Back or Home button on your remote to return to the menu screen.
