This document outlines the supported environment specifications for the various components of the HomeSight System. It defines the hardware and software dependencies required for the proper functioning of each system component.
For a comprehensive overview of the components that make up the HomeSight System, please refer to the HomeSight Product Description document. The following sections detail the external requirements—both hardware and software—for each component.
Wellness Hub (HC200 Kit)
The HC200 Wellness Hub is a self-contained hardware unit that can be placed on a desktop or mounted on top of a TV and is typically configured as identified in the diagrams below.
Supported Environment:
- The TV must have an available HDMI input port to connect the Wellness Hub using the HDMI cable provided in the kit. For optimal user experience, it is recommended that the TV supports HDMI-CEC (Consumer Electronics Control). While the absence of CEC—common in older TV models—does not affect core functionality, it may limit certain user experience enhancements.
- If the household uses a video source—such as a set-top box, Fire TV Stick, Apple TV, or similar device—connecting its HDMI output to the HDMI input port of the HC200 Wellness Hub is recommended for the best experience. This setup enables the system to overlay messages and other content directly onto the video stream. While not required for core functionality, it enhances overall usability and provides a smoother user experience.
- The HC200 Wellness Hub requires an Internet Connection to be able to connect to the HomeSight cloud and provide core functionality. The system offers the following options to allow for such wide-area network connectivity:
- Wi-Fi (The installation process allows for multiple methods to provide Wi-Fi credentials)
- Optional HomeSight Connectivity Module (LTE200) that is detailed below.
- Ethernet Port

HomeSight Sensor Device (EM200)
The EM200 multi-sensor device is a self-contained, battery-operated unit. It features PIR motion detection, ambient light sensing (measuring lux levels), and provides temperature and humidity readings.
Supported Environment:
- The EM200 device is intended to be paired with the Wellness Hub (HC200) via Bluetooth and can only act as its accessory.
Click here for the step-by-step guide to pair your sensors with the Wellness Hub.
HomeSight Connectivity Module (LTE200)
The LTE200 module is a hardware element that connects to the HC200 Wellness Hub via the Power/Data USB-C line (in-line with the power input) and serves to provide connectivity. In general, the module is delivered as a service, and the device includes the SIM card and the associated service. (Note that the LTE200 based connectivity module provides internet access only for the purpose of HomeSight system and not as a general internet connection to the home).
Supported Environment:
United Kingdom (one of the following two providers are supported)
- EE
- Vodafone
United States (public network access or Kajeet private network)
- AT&T
- T-Mobile
