A curated list of smart home sensors can be connected to the HomeSight Wellness Hub using Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and Ethernet. Up to 16 Bluetooth devices (remote control, smart home sensors, and Wellness devices) can be paired to a Wellness Hub.
Note: Please pair the Bluetooth based smart home sensors near the Wellness Hub and leave them nearby for the first 10 minutes after pairing so they can successfully download any new firmware. Afterward, they should be placed in locations not more than 25 feet from where the Wellness Hub is situated.
To pair the smart home sensors to your HomeSight Wellness Hub:
- If necessary, press the Home button on your remote to return to the Home screen.
- Navigate to Settings > Smart Home.
- Read the onscreen instructions.
- If you wish to abort the pairing process, click on Skip. This will take you back to the Settings screen.

Before clicking start, select the smart home device manufacturer below:
- When all smart home sensors have been paired with the Wellness hub, click on Done.
- The list of smart home sensors paired to the Wellness Hub can be view in the Care Portal. Select and Account then click on Devices.
Troubleshooting

Environmental Sensor does not pair
- Is the blue LED blinking on the front of the device?
- No
- Remove plastic tab if it has not been removed
- If LED is now blinking attempt to pair again
- If not, replace AA batteries
- Yes
- Factory Reset Sensor: Open battery compartment

Slightly remove the top of one of the AA batteries and reinsert 4 times quickly ensuring blue LED lights up with each tap
- Reinsert the AA batteries fully and wait for blue LED to blink steadily
