The Accounts section is what you see first when you login to the Care Portal. All Accounts for the provider are displayed here, and this is where you can add, view, update, search for, and delete Wellness Hub users.
Accounts are listed in the priority of attention required.
The Account list will automatically update and refresh every two minutes.
View Individual Account
Click on the picture or name of the account that you would like to view. Follow this guide for more information on individual accounts.
Search For an Account
You can search for an Account using a full or partial name. Any Accounts that match will be displayed.
- Type a name into the Search bar at the top of the page and press Enter.
- If there is an Account with that name it will be displayed.
- If there is no account with that name, nothing will be displayed for the search results.
Account List Filters
You can filter Accounts to be displayed. These filters are set as long as you are logged into the Care Portal. If you logout, the filters that you set, are cleared to the default state.
Available filter types:
- My Accounts
- Assigned to Staff
- Not Assigned to Staff
- Wellness Hub Offline
- Wellness Hub Online
There is no hierarchy to the filters. If you select My Accounts and Assigned to Staff, the Accounts that will be displayed will be Accounts assigned to the logged in user AND all Accounts that have been assigned to ANY staff member.
- Click on Filters in the top right of the Care Portal.
- The list of available filter types will be displayed.
- The list of Accounts that match the filter or filters that were selected will be displayed. My Accounts filter was selected
- You can click on Filters at any time to see which filters have been selected.
Accounts Needing Attention
Accounts that are listed un Account Needing Attention are Accounts that have had a rule triggered. The Account will be displayed with a purple band on the left. The rule category that was triggered will be displayed. Click on the Account to view more information.
Incomplete Accounts
Accounts that are missing information or have not had a Wellness Hub assigned to them will be listed under Incomplete Accounts. Click on the Account to add the missing information or assign a Wellness Hub.
Other Accounts
All Accounts that do not need attention or are complete will be listed here.
