Wellness hubs have to be assigned to an account, before the are powered up and the first time install has taken place.
To assign a Wellness Hub:
- Login to the Care Portal.
- Check that the account that the Wellness Hub will be assigned to has been created.
- If the account does not exist, please Create an Account
- Click on the account you want to assign the Wellness Hub to.
- Click on Assign Wellness Hub
- Select the Wellness Hub to assign. Pick from the list of available Wellness Hubs or search for the Wellness Hub Serial number.
- Serial Number.
- Select from list.
- When you have selected the available Wellness Hub click on Assign Wellness Hub.
- The Wellness Hub is now assigned to the account. The Wellness Hub icon at the top right of the screen has changed from red to black.
