It is recommended to automatically power on the Shelly smart plug after power loss, whether from a power cut or the smart plug being unplugged from the wall socket.
- Login to the Shelly App. The dashboard will be displayed.
- Click on the device you want to configure. See image below, do not click on the power button icon as that will toggle the power state of the smart plug.
- Scroll down the menu on the left of the screen and click on the cog (settings) icon at the bottom.
- From the list of options, click on Input/output settings.
- Select option: Configure Shelly device to Turn ON, when it has power. Then click on Save.
- The smart plug will not automatically power on when it has power.
