There are a number of steps you need to perform to install the Wellness Hub for the first time.
Connecting the Wellness Hub to the Television
There are two options for connecting the Wellness Hub to the TV, and the option you select depends on how you watch TV.
A Video Device can be, but not limited to, one of the following:
- Cable, Satellite or Terrestrial TV set-top box, Apple TV.
- Streaming stick. Fire Stick, Roku etc.
Option 1 : Do you watch TV using a Video Device?
No: Go to Option 2
Yes: The Wellness Hub goes in-between your Video Device and your television.

Set-top Box
- On The TV : Unplug the HDMI cable goes to the Video Device.
- Plug that HDMI cable into the TO TV port on the Wellness Hub.
- Using the supplied HDMI cable, plug one end in to the INPUT port on the wellness hub and the other end into the HDMI output port on the video device.

Steaming Stick
- On The TV : Unplug the HDMI cable goes to the Video Device.
- Plug that HDMI cable into the TO TV port on the Wellness Hub.
- Plug the Streaming Stick into the IMPUT port on the wellness hub.
- Note: It is recommended that a short HDMI extension cable to go between the Streaming Stick and wellness hub. Some Streaming Sticks come with a short HDMI extension cable.
Note: TV Must support 1080p and Video Device must output either 1080p or 720p.
Option 2 :
- Plug the supplied HDMI cable into the TO TV port on the Wellness Hub.
- Plug the other end of the HDMI cable into a free HDMI port on the TV. Preferably HDMI 1.
- Enable HDMI-CEC. HDMI-CEC is communication protocol used over an HDMI cable that allows devices to control other devices just by being connected. Different TV brands have different names for HDMI-CEC.

Mounting the Wellness Hub
The wellness hub is designed to mounted on top of the TV. It is recommended that all required cables are plugged into the wellness hub before mounting.
TV Mounting:
- Open the double hinge on the Hub, place carefully on top of TV, adjust hinge so Hub sits securely.
Table-top Mounting:
- Leave the hinge folded, and place as close to the TV as possible.
Wellness Hub First Time Install
Once the wellness hub has been cabled up and mounted, it is time to power it up go go through the First Time Installation process.
