Create an Account

Create an account in the Care Portal. You need to complete this action before you can assign a Wellness Hub.

To create a new account:

  • Login to the Care Portal.
  • Click on the Add button on the top right of the page.

  • A form will be displayed where you can enter the information for the new account.

Note: All fields marked with a * are required to be completed before the form can be submitted.

  • Enter the First Name and Last Name

  • Select your language and locale from the dropdown list.

Available Options:

  • English (en-AU)
  • English (en-CA)
  • English (en-GB)
  • English (en-IN)
  • English (en-NZ)
  • English (en-US)
  • Spanish (es-ES)
  • Spanish (es-US)
  • French (fr-CA)
  • French (fr-FR)
  • Dutch (nl-NL)

 

  • Select the measurement units for temperature and weight.

Options available:

  • Imperial (Fahrenheit and pounds)
  • Metric (Celsius and kilogram)

 

  • Enter the post code of the account. This is optional but it recommended so that an accurate weather forecast can be displayed on the by the Wellness Hub on the TV.

  • Select the time zone and time format. The available time zones will depend of the local that was chosen when setting the language.

  • If all of the details are correct, click on Add New Account.

  • The new account is visible in the accounts list.
