The Account Dashboard in the Care Portal provides detailed wellness hub user information, including Alerts for triggered rules, Schedule with local weather and upcoming events, Recent Activity from sensors and devices, and Task Compliance showing monthly task status.
The Account Dashboard displays a wealth of information about the Wellness Hub user.
To view the dashboard for a single account:
- Log into the Care Portal.
- Select and click on an account from the Accounts list.
The Account Dashboard for the selected account will be displayed.
The information that is available to view is broken down by section. Click on the links below to find more detailed information on each section.
Alerts
If any rules have been configured and triggered, an Alert will be generated and displayed. The following information will be displayed:
- Rule category.
- Date and time. The date will be replaced with today and yesterday for rules for alerts that happened today or yesterday.
- The rule that was triggered.
Click on the Show More Alerts link on the right of the screen to display a list of alerts.
A scrollable list of alerts will be shown. More information on each alert is displayed:
- Date and time that the alert was generated.
- The rule category.
- The rule name.
- The rule location.
Schedule
The schedule section displays the wellness hub users local weather, and date and time. Up to the next three scheduled events are displayed in the schedule section.
This layout reflects what the wellness hub user can see on their television.

Recent Activity
Wellness hub motion activity, smart home sensor readings, biometric device readings and if enabled, the content watched on the Channel app on the wellness hub are shown in the recent activity section.
You can click on the individual tiles to view more information about that activity. See the screenshots below to see examples of the information displayed.
Task Compliance
If tasks are set for a wellness hub user, their completion status is current month displayed here. Clicking on the left and right arrows will allow you to select a different month.
Task compliance key:
- Blue highlighted dates: scheduled task
- Red highlighted date: missed task
- Green highlighted date: completed task
