The HomeSight app is available for both Android and iOS smartphones. You can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play.
To use the app, you’ll need:
- A HomeSight account
- A provider code (available on the HomeSight Web Portal)
- An iPhone (iOS 16.x or later) or an Android (10 or later) smartphone
- Internet access on the smartphones
To set up the HomeSight app:

Download the HomeSight app to your smartphone by tapping the Apple App Store or Google Play icon below.
- Tap the app to get started with the setup.

Enter a provider code in the Enter Provider Code field, then click Proceed.
Note: If needed, click here for instructions to retrieve the Provider Code on the HomeSight Web Portal.

Click SIGN IN to open the login screen.

Enter your HomeSight email address and password, then click SIGN IN to continue.

Toggle On to enable Biometric authentication, or click Maybe later to proceed to the Home screen.
