If a user is registered with the same email address in more than one provider in an ORG, they can switch between the providers within the mobile app.
- Log into the Mobile App.

- Tap on the three dots (settings) on the top right of the screen.
- Tap on Select Provider.
- Choose the provider to switch to from the list that is displayed. The current provider is highlighted in blue.
- The provider has been switched.
