Client demographic data—such as date of birth, gender, and address—is configured through the Web portal. This data is displayed in the HomeSight app on both the Accounts screen and the Client Account screen.
On the Accounts screen, the client card shows the client's gender and date of birth. The Client Account screen provides a more detailed view, including gender, date of birth, and additional personal information.
Access to this information is restricted to staff members assigned to the client with either Manage or Care permissions, as well as to staff administrators who have access to all client records.
Access the Client Demographic Data
- Open the HomeSight app on your device.
- Tap the Accounts icon (usually located at the bottom of the screen).
In the search bar, enter the name of the care recipient — or swipe up to browse the list. The gender and date of birth are listed below the client's name.
Tap the client's name from the list. The gender, date of birth, phone number, and address are listed below the client's name.
All menu screens display a contact banner at the top that includes the client's gender and date of birth.
