Problem
Cannot watch TV shows after setting up the Wellness Hub.
Solution
To return to watching TV, press the TV button on your HomeSight remote.
If the Wellness Hub does not switch to TV:
- Make sure your video source (antenna, set-top box, satellite receiver, etc.) is powered on and that the input cable is connected properly.
- Check all cables between the Wellness Hub, TV, and video source. Cables should be plugged in fully, with no cracks in the insulation or connectors:
- Video source to the INPUT connector on your Wellness Hub.
- TV input to the TO TV connector on your Wellness Hub.
- If all cables are connected properly, set up the TV Control on the HomeSight Wellness Hub.
- If necessary, press the Home button on the HomeSight remote to return to the Home screen.
- Navigate to Settings > TV Control and press the OK button on the HomeSight remote.
Press OK button on the HomeSight remote and follow the on-screen instructions to switch between the TV and the video source.
- If the issue persists after completing Intelligent TV Control, try plugging the video source directly into the TV. If this works, one of the cables may be damaged.
