Issue
EM200 is not connected (or possibly lost pairing). It was initially paired, and the location was set.
Solution
The Software team is still reviewing logs to see how it got into this state. But here is a procedure to follow to get it back in working order.
- Insert both batteries into the EM200.
- Verify the EM200 is in pairing mode by the blue LED slowly blinking once.
- If you do not see the blue LED or it is blinking twice, you need to factory reset the EM200. Remove and re-insert the battery 3x quickly, waiting each time for the Blue LED to appear before removing the battery.
Navigate to Home > Settings >Household Sensors.
Click Start to begin pairing.
- Then, sit at the discovery screen for about 5-8 seconds. This should force the EM200 to refresh its pairing/connection - you should hear a "beep" when that occurs.
- When the Blue LED stops blinking, the EM200 is successfully connected.
To verify the EM200 is working:
- Pair the EM200 with the Wellness Hub in the office before taking it back to the client’s house.
- Reset the EM200 by removing and re-inserting the battery 3x quickly, waiting each time for the Blue LED to appear before removing the battery.
- If pairing was lost, complete the same process, and just continue with pairing that sensor after clicking start.
