Refresh your browser to clear the attempted call. Go to your browser's privacy settings and allow the domain homesight.cloud to use the camera and microphone.
Chrome instructions:
- Use the stoplight menu, near the top-right of the window, to open Settings.
- Click Privacy and Security, then Site Settings.
- Select homesight.cloud
- Under Permissions, set both Camera and Microphone to Allow.
Firefox instructions:
- Use the hamburger menu, near the top-right of the window, to open Settings.
- Click Privacy & Security, then scroll down to Permissions.
- Click the Settings button next to Camera, and change the status for homesight.cloud from Block to Allow. Make sure the Block new requests checkbox is not checked.
- Click Save Changes, then do the same for Microphone.
Safari instructions:
- In the Safari menu, choose Preferences.
- Select the Websites tab to display device settings for websites.
- In the left-hand pane, select Camera.
- In the right-hand pane, scroll down to homesight.cloud.
- Use the drop-down menu to select Allow.
- In the left-hand pane, select Microphone, then repeat steps 4 and 5.
