Problem
My remote won’t pair to my Wellness Hub.
Solution
Perform a factory reset on the RC400 remote control.
- Press and hold HOME + OK until a single red LED blinks (about 3 secs).
- Release both buttons.
The remote should now be in pairing mode for use with the Wellness Hub device.
