New Features
Organizational Dashboard
The new Organization Dashboard provides a consolidated view of key aggregated metrics across the entire organization, including those with multiple Providers.
Initial metrics include total counts for: Providers, Accounts, Activity, Engagement, Inventory, and People.
Users can toggle between viewing statistics at the Organization level or for a specific Provider
This dashboard replaces the previous provider sign-in/selection process for Staff Admins (and Staff with access to multiple providers)
After signing in via the existing HomeSight link (your-org.homesight.cloud), Staff Admins will see a dashboard listing all Providers they have access to.
Access limited to Staff Admins and Staff with permissions for two or more Providers. This becomes their new landing page upon sign-in. By navigating into a specific Provider in the dashboard the normal web portal can be accessed by clicking on “View portal”.
Additional Private Data for Account (Client) Identification
- Staff can now collect and view additional demographic details for the Client, including:
- Date of Birth
- Full Street Address
- Gender
- These fields are OPTIONAL and the Account list and Banner display of these is an optional feature that can be OPT-IN per Organization / Provider.
City and Name Lookup for Weather
- Weather information can now be retrieved using country and city names, supporting users in regions that do not use 5-digit postal codes.
- The postal code will continue to be used as the primary locator used for weather information.
Photo Screensaver Configuration
- New Account Profile settings allow configuration of the photo screensaver feature:
- Enable/disable screensaver and photo mode
- Set timeout duration (in minutes)
- Note: Remote control activity (keypress or motion) other than the cursor left or right will exit the screensaver

This option is available in the Account Device page under Smart Camera > TV Info.

- Auto Switch: Automatically switches to the Wellness Hub home screen when a call or notification arrives
- Volume Controls: Unified volume setting for all notifications and calls (range: 0 = mute, 1–10; default = 7)

Environmental data is now available in a table format, similar to wellness device data.
Users can view data by day, week, or month
Policies for Linked Accounts
New policy controls allow restriction of contact interactions between linked accounts.
Default behavior: Only the two linked clients (Accounts) can call or interact with each other—not their extended contact lists.
Known Issues
- Using special characters in the title and description will result in a failure of the voice announcement (<,>,&",')
- Voice announcement may fail after some time. Rebooting the device is recommended as it may impact the scheduled event ringing notification.
- A reboot of the wellness hub is required when assigning a user to a client account after the device is online and past the initial first time install.
