Mobile app updated to version 1.1.19 - changes since March 16 version 1.1.18

New Features
Signed in user / Edit profile
- The signed-in mobile app user can now view/edit their profile directly in the app (without needing to go to the web / Care Portal)
Account (client) / Edit Profile and Settings
- The signed-in mobile app user can now navigate to an assigned client Account and view/edit the client profile and account settings directly in the app (without needing to go to the web / Care Portal)
Switch providers
- A signed-in mobile app user that has access (with same email login) to multiple providers can now switch providers more seamlessly (no sign-out required) by using the 3 dot settings menu in top right and using "Select Provider" to display a scrollable & searchable list
Sharing photos/videos from external apps and multiple account sharing
- In addition to the in-app upload / sharing of photos and videos, the HomeSight mobile app is now available to select from 3rd party app "share" actions. For example, in the mobile device photo gallery the share action that allows sharing to the messaging app or email app can also be used to share with the HomeSight app.
- The sharing flow is also updated to allow selecting multiple Accounts to share the media with
- Note: currently only 1 photo or 1 video can be shared at a time. A future release is planned to support bulk/multiple file selection.
Updates
Mobile registration flow (from welcome email)
- The updated welcome email that is sent when invited to a provider/account as Staff or Family member now supports easier registration on mobile.
- View the email on a mobile device and click on the registration link "Setup your account"
- If the Mobile app is not installed a prompt to download the app is presented. After installing the app, click on the link again and the sign-in page will be presented directly. Following this method bypasses the need to enter the "provider ID" code first.
General updates
- The 3 dot menu (Select provider, permissions, support, sign out) is now visible only on the top page (dashboard)
- iOS accessibility AX large fonts are now ignored so as to prevent display issues in the app
- Bottom toolbar auto-hides when scrolling to show more of the content
- Calls and reminders now support a 1 hr before notification when creating/editing
Call activity (history) now shows scheduled calls
