HomeSight is a connected health data hub designed to support family care coordination, caregiver awareness, and Remote Patient Monitoring workflows for individuals. It aggregates readings from FDA-cleared Bluetooth-enabled health peripherals and presents this data on a HIPAA-compliant caregiver portal to support care team and family connectivity. HomeSight does not diagnose, interpret, treat, or monitor any medical condition. Threshold notifications are informational and reflect user-configured personal reference ranges only. HomeSight is intended for general wellness and family care coordination, and is unrelated to the diagnosis, cure, mitigation, prevention, or treatment of any disease or condition.
Updates
Account List (accounts needing attention)
- The account list now refreshed automatically as new accounts are created and status changes.
- A new grouping at top "Accounts needing attention" will automatically appear and include any accounts that have a triggered Alert (reminder that alerts in this release are all manually created via the new Rules capability).
- Accounts needing attention are highlighted with purple bar and purple alert category: Motion, Smart Home and optionally Biometric (if enabled for the Provider).
- Please note in the image below it shows the additional "patient demographics" (gender and date of birth) that are optional and enabled as required/requested per region/country for patient identification compliance.
New Account default settings
- All new accounts will have the following defaults updated:
- Auto switch ON
- Auto TV wakeup ON
- Feedback is that these are typically turned on or preferred for smoothest installation and client experience
- Voice announcements ON
- These settings can always be changed in the account "edit profile" menu
- Existing accounts will NOT have their settings changed due to this update.
- Post call screen disabled for ALL accounts.
- This was previously typically set to 15 seconds but feedback indicated it can cause confusion with an extra dismiss action required before returning to TV, etc. Note that it is not a setting that can be changed from the "edit profile" button.
90 day history
- Updated the history to 90 days (previously 30) for Call Activity, Biometrics and Smart Home
Welcome email updates
- The updated welcome email that is sent when invited to a provider/account as Staff or Family member now supports easier registration on mobile.
- View the email on a mobile device and click on the registration link "Setup your account"
- If the Mobile app is not installed a prompt to download the app is presented. After installing the app, click on the link again and the sign-in page will be presented directly. Following this method bypasses the need to enter the "provider ID" code first.
General updates
- Calls and reminders now support a 1 hr before notification when creating/editing
- Call activity (history) now shows scheduled calls
