New Features
Account level Self-Service (Channels and Apps)
Approved staff will be able to manage the list of content channels or other 3rd party apps available to the account.
Desktop, Email, Push notifications for Rule-based Alerts
Users can now receive notifications when particular concerns (rules) are triggered. Caregivers and family members can stay connected and notified or conditions that may warrant a follow up.

Account Content Engagement
Channel watching activity is now available to the account's care and admins. The play history provides an option for the caregivers to evaluate engagement with recommended channels and content.

Account Level Gallery (Care Portal)
The Gallery menu is now available under the Account, allowing users to upload and share photos from the personal computer or device. The photos or videos will be shared with the wellness hub once uploaded.
