Organization dashboard updated to November 13 release
Overview
The new Organization Dashboard provides a consolidated view of key aggregated metrics across the entire organization, including those with multiple Providers.
Initial metrics include total counts for: Providers, Accounts, Activity, Engagement, Inventory, and People.
Users can toggle between viewing statistics at the Organization level or for a specific Provider
This dashboard replaces the previous provider sign-in/selection process for Staff Admins (and Staff with access to multiple providers)
After signing in via the existing HomeSight link (your-org.homesight.cloud), Staff Admins will see a dashboard listing all Providers they have access to.
Access limited to Staff Admins and Staff with permissions for two or more Providers. This becomes their new landing page upon sign-in. By navigating into a specific Provider in the dashboard the normal web portal can be accessed by clicking on “View portal”.

Top Category tile clarifications
Top category tiles now include "Total" to indicate these are current total snapshots
Providers --> "Total" label
Accounts --> "Total" label
Activity tile
Changed to Calls and --> "Total" label
Moved Tasks --> Engagement and made this simply a shortcut to that page
Inventory -->renamed to "Wellness Hubs"
People --> "Total" label

From any view (selected tile and chart/table below), click on the "Export xls" button to download an Excel file that contains a tab for the top tile statistics and a tab for the chart or table below.
