Please read the Rules and Alerts - HomeSight Intended Use Statement before configuring any rules.
Rules can be configured so that Alerts are generated and displayed in the Care Portal.
Biometric rule examples:
- Indicate if weight is above / below a value.
- Indicate if BP is above / below a value.
- Similar for Glucometer, Body thermometer and Pulse Ox.
Smart Home rule examples:
- Indicate when a chair is “occupied” or “vacant” in a specific time period (ex: occupied in overnight hours when it should be vacant).
- Indicate if a device is used (active) when it should not be (anytime for safety; only used by caregivers or in overnight hours)
- Indicate if a toilet flush occurs in overnight hours.
Rules are displayed and configured in the Rules tab in the Account dashboard screen.
Rules can be activated or deactivated using the toggle on the rule.
Accounts that have had a rule triggered are displayed in the accounts list in the care portal with a purple edge.
In the account dashboard page, they are shown at the top of the dashboard.
