Please read the Rules and Alerts - HomeSight Intended Use Statement before configuring any rules.
Rules are deleted in the care portal.
To delete a rule in the care portal:
- Log into the Care Portal.
- Select and click on an account from the Accounts list.
- On the navigation bar, click on Rules.
- The rules dashboard will be displayed. All rules that have been created will be displayed..
- Click on the down arrow icon on the right of the rule you want to delete.
- The rule information will be displayed
- Click on Delete Rule on the bottom right.
- Confirm that you want to delete the rule by clicking on Delete.
