The Auto TV Wakeup feature automatically turns on compatible CEC-enabled televisions whenever the Wellness Hub receives an incoming call or a notification. This setting can only be modified via the Web Portal by a Staff member with Manage permissions or a Non-staff contact with manager permissions.
To use Auto Wakeup, Consumer Electronics Control (CEC) must be enabled on your TV. For step-by-step instructions, see the FAQ: How do I enable CEC?
Enable Auto TV wakeup on the Web Portal
- In the left-hand menu, click the Accounts tab and locate the desired account.

Select the client by clicking their account card from the list.

At the top of the screen, click Edit Profile under the client’s name to open the profile editor.

Click the Settings tab.
- Find the Auto TV Wakeup setting in the middle of the screen.
- Toggle the switch to turn on the Auto TV Wakeup feature.

Click the Update button to save changes.
