Placing a call

From the Accounts tab of the Web Portal, To start an instant call, locate the person you wish to call then click the phone to the right of their name:

Alternatively, you may click on the person you wish to call, then click the phone at the top of the page:

While in a call, you may toggle your camera and Microphone on and off by clicking the following buttons:

While in a video call, you may pan and zoom the video. To pan and zoom the video call:

1. Click the Zoom button.
2. Selecting a zoom level (Room View, Normal, Focus).
3. Move the crop rectangle to a desired area.

4. Click Apply save the changes.

   

While in a call, you may change the audio and video devices used for the call by first clicking the gear, then changing the devices from the 3 available drop-down menus:

While in a call, you may share your content on your PC. To share your PC:

1. Click the Share button.
2. On the Share window, select Chrome Tab, Window, or Entire Screen.
3. Audio sharing on/off toggle is available when sharing Chrome Tab or Entire screen.

4. Click the Share button. 

   

5. Click the Stop Sharing button to stop

   

While in a call, you may add additional people to the call. To add additional people:  

1. Click the Participants button.

   

2. Click the Add participants button.

   

3. Under the Add other participants section, locate the contact on the list.

4. (optional) Type the name in the Find a contact field to find the contact easier.

   Important note: to add people to the call they must already be listed as contacts prior to the call starting.

5. Click the "+" of the contact you wish to add. A call is initiated to the contact to join the call.
