The Accounts, Calls, and People tiles from the Org dashboard now provide tables extending the existing tile-level summaries by delivering structured, row-by-row details for each provider
Accounts tile
The Accounts tile displays provider-specific account metrics in a standardized tabular format.
The table provides a clear view of account distribution and deployment progress for each provider.
Column Definition:
- Provider – Identifies the provider organization.
- Total Accounts – Indicates the total number of accounts associated with the provider.
- Assigned – Represents the number of accounts mapped to a HomeSight account manager and set up at a Lab/office for the evaluation purpose.
- Assigned and Deployed – Specifies the subset of Assigned accounts for which are deployed at the actual client place.
Calls tile
The Calls tile table captures and categorizes call activity for each provider.
This table enables assessment of call volume, staff engagement, and call type distribution.
Column Definitions:
- Provider – Identifies the provider.
- Total Calls – Records the total number of calls associated with the provider.
- Staff Calls – Indicates calls involving at least one staff participant.
- Multiparty Calls – Represents calls containing three or more participants.
- Social Calls – Represents calls with zero staff participation
People tile
The People tile table details the composition of individuals linked to each provider
The table offers insight into provider-related staffing, client volume, and additional contacts.
- Provider – Identifies the provider.
- Staff – Specifies the count of provider-associated staff members.
- Clients (Accounts) – Represents the number of client accounts.
Others – Includes all non-staff, non-client contacts affiliated with the provider.

From any view (selected tile and chart/table below), click on the "Export xls" button to download an Excel file that contains a tab for the top tile statistics and a tab for the chart or table below.
