To download a full "Call Activity Report":
- Navigate to a contacts first select an account from the accounts menu.
- Then click on "Call Activity"(1) from the menu sidebar.
- Finally, click the "Export PDF"(2) button at the top right.
This will download a full PDF report containing the last 30 days of call activity on the Account:
Call Type:
- Ad-hoc Video Call: an impromptu call initiated by either the Account or a contact started by clicking the call button for the other person
Scheduled Video Call: a preplanned call that was planned using the Account's schedule page
Status:
- Declined: Receiver of call chose to not answer
- Missed: Receiver of call did not answer call
- Completed: Call was answered by recipient and call took place
