General Information:
You can now schedule Calls and Reminders without receiving any notifications. This allows events to remain completely silent while still appearing on the schedule.
This feature is useful when you want an event to be available for manual joining, without alerts, sounds, or visual prompts.
1. What does “Silent” mean?
- No sound notifications
- No LED indicators
- No voice prompts
- The event is still visible in the schedule
Important:
- A scheduled call with no reminder will not prompt the user.
- The user must manually open the schedule and join the call.
- Incoming (unscheduled) calls will still ring as usual.
2. Calls and Reminders – Reminder options
When creating or editing a Call or Reminder, a Reminder drop-down is available with the following options:
- None (silent – no notifications)
- At start time
- 5 minutes before
- 10 minutes before
- 15 minutes before
Selecting None ensures the event remains completely silent until the user manually interacts with it.

3. Tasks – Reminder behavior
Tasks behave differently from Calls and Reminders:
- Tasks do not include a reminder drop-down
- Tasks are always associated with the start time of the scheduled window
- Tasks cannot be set to silent.
4. Calls and Reminders created with “No Reminder” option will show the silent bell icon.
