Update Account Profile

A signed-in user with a Manage Role can update an Account profile in the mobile app.

To edit the Account profile:

• Log into the Mobile App.

Select the account

1. Tap on Account.
2. Tap on the Account you want to update.
3. The menu for General and Settings will be displayed.

Change profile picture

1. Tap on General.
2. Tap on the profile picture.
3. Tap on add photo.
4. Tap on the app that you use to manage your photos and pictures.
5. Tap on the photo you want to use as the profile picture.
6. A full size version of the photo you have selected is displayed. If you are happy with this photo, tap on the tick in the top right of the screen. To select a different photo, tap on the left arrow to go back to the photo gallery app.
7. The new profile picture will be displayed.
8. Tap on Update to save the new profile picture or continue to update other profile information.

2. Update First Name if required.
3. Update Last Name if required.
4. Add or update Date of Birth if required.

1. Tap on Gender,
2. Select the required gender from the list.
3. Add or update Address

Update Building

1. Tap on Building.
2. Select the required building type from the list.

Update General Information

1. Add or update the City.
2. Add or update the State.
3. Add or update the Postal Code.
4. Add or update the Country.

Update Language

1. Tap on Language.
2. Select the language from the list.

Update Measurement Unit

1. Tap on Measurement Unit.
2. Select the measurement unit from the list.

Update Time Zone

1. Tap on Time Zone.
2. Select the time zone from the list.

Update General Information

1. Tap on Time Format to toggle between 12 hour and 24 hour time formats.
2. If your are happy with the changes that you have made, tap on Update.
